  • Yields 4 servings
  • 16 ozs vanilla ice cream
  • 4 cups diced Dulcinea® Extra Sweet Tuscan-Style® Cantaloupe
  • Drizzle with warm caramel topping
  • Lime (optional)
  • Toasted coconut shavings (optional)


  1. In 4 small ice cream dishes add two scoops of your favorite vanilla ice cream and sliced cantaloupe.
  2. Warm caramel in a microwave safe dish in 15 second increments or in a saucepan on low heat.
  3. Drizzle warm caramel over the dessert for the perfectly delicious treat.
  4. Optional garnish with a twist of lime and toasted coconut shavings
