Dulcinea® Tuscan-Style® Extra Sweet Cantaloupe with Vanilla Ice Cream

Colorful and scrumptious, this fruit pairs perfectly with your favorite vanilla ice cream topped with warm caramel.

Ingredients

Yields 4 servings
  • 16 ozs vanilla ice cream
  • 4 cups diced Dulcinea® Extra Sweet Tuscan-Style® Cantaloupe
  • drizzle with warm caramel topping
  • Lime (optional)
  • Toasted coconut shavings (optional)

Directions

In 4 small ice cream dishes add two scoops of your favorite vanilla ice cream and sliced cantaloupe.

Warm caramel in a microwave safe dish in 15 second increments or in a saucepan on low heat.

Drizzle warm caramel over the dessert for the perfectly delicious treat.

Optional garnish with a twist of lime and toasted coconut shavings
