- 4 cups diced Dulcinea® Extra Sweet Tuscan-Style® Cantaloupe
- drizzle with warm caramel topping
- Lime (optional)

In 4 small ice cream dishes add two scoops of your favorite vanilla ice cream and sliced cantaloupe.
Warm caramel in a microwave safe dish in 15 second increments or in a saucepan on low heat.
