Dulcinea® PureHeart® and Tuscan-Style® Extra Sweet Cantaloupe Salsa

Italian flavor with a twist, dip your chips in this tasty salsa of refreshing watermelon, cantaloupe, Anaheim chili, avocado and cilantro.


  • ½ Dulcinea® Tuscan-Style® Extra Sweet Cantaloupe, diced (about 3 ½ – 4 cups)
  • 1 cup Dulcinea® PureHeart® Mini Seedless Watermelon, diced
  • 1 Anaheim chili, seeded and diced
  • 1 medium ripe avocado, seeded, peeled, diced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ⅓ cup chopped cilantro
  • Sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in serving bowl.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
