Tuscan-Style™ Cantaloupe Salsa
Yields about 6 appetizer servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Dulcinea® Tuscan-Style™ Cantaloupe, diced (about 3 1/2 - 4 cups)
- 1 Anaheim chili, seeded and diced
- 1 medium ripe avocado, seeded, peeled, diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/3 Cup chopped cilantro
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in serving bowl.Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with tortilla chips.
