Dulcinea Watermelon Daiquiri
Serves 3-4
  • 1 pound Dulcinea watermelon cubes, frozen (This is about 2-3 cups)

  • 4 Tablespoons Rose’s lime juice

  • 2 ounces Rum

  • 2 teaspoons superfine sugar plus ¹ cup for sugaring the rim of the glass

  • 4 ice cubes

Place the frozen watermelon cubes in a blender with all other ingredients. Blend until slushy, and pour into sugar rimmed glasses. Garnish the drinks with a small triangle of watermelon.
*To sugar the rim of the glass, rub a slice of lime around the rim of the glass and then invert the glass into a small dish of sugar and roll through sugar to coat the rim.
