Irene’s Tomato and Cranberries Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 DULCINEA™ Rosso Bruno Premium Vine-Fresh
Tomatoes, diced
- 1/3 C. White onion, diced
- 2-3 Jalapenos, seeded and deviened, diced
- Juice 1 lime, squeezed
- 1/2 C-2/3 C Dried cranberries, soaked in warm
water so that they
- plump up
- 1/2 bunch Fresh cilantro, diced (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients. Serve cold with chips.
Tips
and Serving Suggestions
- The salsa ends up
a pretty ruby red color, good for a Thanksgiving
salsa.
