Irene’s Tomato and Cranberries Salsa
Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 DULCINEA™ Rosso Bruno Premium Vine-Fresh Tomatoes, diced
  • 1/3 C. White onion, diced
  • 2-3 Jalapenos, seeded and deviened, diced
  • Juice 1 lime, squeezed
  • 1/2 C-2/3 C Dried cranberries, soaked in warm water so that they
  • plump up
  • 1/2 bunch Fresh cilantro, diced (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Mix all ingredients. Serve cold with chips.

Tips and Serving Suggestions

  • The salsa ends up a pretty ruby red color, good for a Thanksgiving salsa.
