Rosso Bruno™ Bruschetta
Rosso Bruno™ Bruschetta
Yields 16 servings

Ingredients:

  • 6 Dulcinea® Rosso Bruno™ Premium Vine-Fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Baguette
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Coarse salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper

Directions:

Preheat over to 350°F. Slice baguette diagonally into 1/2 inch thick slices. Arrange slices on sheet tray and brush with olive oil. Bake until lightly toasted, about 10 minutes. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes and basil then lightly season with salt and pepper. Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toss well to combine. Top toasted baguette slices with tomato mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
